A proud Armed Forces veteran, Kathy is passionate about strengthening communities, improving wellbeing, and ensuring local voices are heard. She is dedicated to developing inclusive projects that tackle isolation, promote digital inclusion, and create meaningful opportunities for people and communities to connect, thrive, and feel supported.

Aileen is a Director of Neighbourhood Connectors CIC, bringing extensive experience in children’s services, customer service, leadership, and team coordination.

Passionate about community support and person-centred approaches, Aileen has a strong background in safeguarding, wellbeing, and collaborative working. She is committed to helping develop inclusive, responsive services that make a positive difference to individuals, families, and local communities.

Paula is a Director of Neighbourhood Connectors CIC, bringing a wealth of leadership, management, and social care experience. With a background spanning children's services, recruitment, business development, and operational management, she has successfully led teams, built strong partnerships, and supported positive outcomes for individuals and communities.

Passionate about helping people reach their potential, Paula is dedicated to strengthening communities, promoting inclusion, and ensuring local voices are heard. Her practical expertise and people-centred approach make her a valued member of the Neighbourhood Connectors CIC leadership team.

Shannon is a Director of Neighbourhood Connectors CIC and a marketing and communications professional with experience developing social media, influencer, and digital campaigns for household brands and third sector organisations across the UK and Canada.

Having grown up in Halton, Shannon is passionate about creating positive change within her local community and using communication, creativity, and community engagement to help connect people, raise awareness, and support inclusive local initiatives.
